Foam Solutions is a company that will strive to meet whatever your foam fabrication needs are, whether interior or exterior architectural accents, standard or custom shapes.

The material we use is expanded polystyrene or EPS. It is available in several densities, the standard being one pound per cubic foot. It will be cut to a tolerance of plus or minus 1/8 of an inch.

The use of EPS in construction has become increasingly popular over the last decade because of it's:

EPS is recyclable and contains no CFC's or HFC's.

Higher densities of foam can be used for economical non-structural framing options. Using foam creates many different effects like arches, niches, and coffered ceilings.
